Integrify headquarters is in Chicago, Illinois. This is a fully remote position.

Integrify, an Industry Leader in Enterprise Request and Workflow Management software, seeks candidates to drive revenue growth for our SaaS and services-based solutions by developing and executing go-to-market strategies with new and existing Partners.

You will work closely with the CEO, leadership team, and internal teams to drive partner sales strategies and tactics that support revenue goals in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

You will work remotely with some travel to partner sites.

Position Summary:

You must be able to lead and manage partner sales cycles, establish joint solutions and agreements, and expand partnerships to meet or exceed business goals.

Specifically, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and expanding partnerships that generate a referred pipeline, joint bookings, and indirect reseller revenues.

The key to the position is effective collaboration with the Integrify direct sales contributors and the partner’s product and sales teams to ensure the highest degree of coordination across both organizations. In addition, the role requires a deep understanding of the Integrify integration solutions, the general integration market, and the ability to articulate the value and benefits of Integrify to partner executives and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving the strategic relationships with existing and prospective partners
  • Attain quarterly and annual business opportunity targets
  • Design, negotiate, and execute go-to-market business plans, manage cross-functional teams between Integrify and ecosystem Partners
  • Actionable Planning will include the development of joint solutions, sales training/education, and pipeline generation
  • Manage Partner relationships to maximize revenue and ensure partner commitment
  • Manage C-level relationships with partner executives
  • Initiate joint account planning and strategy sessions liaising with regional sales leads
  • Initiate and conduct sales readiness training events
  • Work with marketing to plan partner-marketing events
  • Actively manage opportunity pipeline against Sales and Alliances objectives/metrics to exceed quarterly targets

Critical Skills:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading and building partnerships and associated revenue in a high-growth organization. This individual must exhibit leadership qualities that inspire teaming and trust to influence multiple stakeholders to support the alliances/sales strategy.

  • Extensive experience in the following areas: channel sales, channel account management, marketing, business development or sales
  • Experience with creating differentiated and successful channel account management plans and relationships with partners
  • Experience working with enterprise application resellers
  • Demonstrated ability to drive a significant increase in revenue through reseller partnerships
  • Ability to create credible business cases highlighting revenue growth opportunities
  • Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and partner constituencies, including senior level executives, legal, finance, support, sales and marketing experts
  • Ability to influence functional groups to a shared vision
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and passion for the business
  • High-energy and compelling vision with a proven entrepreneurial track record of defining and delivering new initiatives.


  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Computer Science or Business, MBA preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years previous partner channel development experience with an enterprise software vendor (minimum of 3 years experience with BPM or Workflow software or similar applications is ideal)
  • Working knowledge of solution selling methodology and practice
  • Has proven history of successfully establishing C-level relationships with partners
  • Excellent written / verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work independently but within a team environment

Job Description

The Sr. Application Developer will help architect, implement, and deliver features outlined in our product roadmap while also addressing and resolving software defects that arise. This position will be part of a small development team working in an agile/Kanban environment. Responsibilities will include

  • Work with our existing development team to design and build a scalable, high-performing Vue/Node.js solutions for Integrify’s Business Workflow Management application.
  • Take ownership of assignments, complete them on time, and continually demonstrate passion towards team, product, and organizational success.
  • Assists with application architecture, performance, and quality.
  • Mentor other developers.
  • Assist migrating .NET services to Node.js
  • Deliver high quality solutions on time with minimal issues found by QA.
  • Think through usage scenarios to proactively prevent bugs related to bad setup or bad data.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs including looking beyond the provided example(s) based on the code.
  • Follow industry best practices regarding code quality, code organization, automated testing, etc.
  • Work closely with technology leadership to scope, plan, and estimate development efforts, as well as communicate progress and impediments
  • Add to automated tests and ensure existing tests continue to pass before committing code.
  • Continually improve knowledge of industry technologies, Integrify’s code base, and using Integrify’s product.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, or equivalent experience

Required Experience

  • 7+ years of experience architecting and implementing backend micro services, APIs, and other business logic
  • 7+ years of experience developing in JavaScript/Node.js
  • 5+ years of experience mentoring application developers.
  • 7+ years of experience with open-source data store technologies (Redis, MongoDB, etc)
  • 5+ years of experience with streams and listeners.
  • 5+ years of experience with the Vue framework in a data intensive application environment
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft technologies (Windows, C#.NET, Microsoft SQL Server)
  • Experience migrating legacy applications to leverage modern open-source technologies
  • Experience working in a CI/CD environment
  • Experience developing software in a data-intensive application
  • Experience in Agile software development
  • Experience with container technology and orchestration tools such as Docker
  • Experience with several AWS technologies: ECR, ECS, EKS, ELB, RDS, VPC, Elasticache, and DocumentDB
