In-House Development vs. Packaged Solutions

By Katy Reid | Published July 28, 2021

The majority of today's businesses rely on software, whether for accounting, planning, and scheduling, or customer relationship management. The business issue with software is not in-house creation vs. packaged solutions, but rather user acceptance and uptake. The problem is figuring out how to make the program more intuitive, simple to use, and less intimidating for individuals to embrace and utilize in their daily work routines.
